Bookings are based on availability and availability is not guaranteed. Free studio space must be used during the calendar month and does not roll over into the following month.

Studios can be reserved up to 30 days ahead. Studio cancellation policy applies. We reserve the right to move your booking to another studio of similar size. Memberships are for individual use and are not transferable or applicable to organizations. Discounts cannot be combined with other deals, discounts, or bundles of rooms. Savings are calculated at current room rental rates. Other conditions may apply and studio prices are subject to change.

Upgrades and downgrades: After the initial three-month term, changes can be requested by email before the end of business on the 14th of the month and will begin on the first of the following month.

Pausing: After the initial three-month term, pause requests must be emailed before the end of business on the 14th. The pause begins the following month; no refunds for late requests.

Cancellation: After the initial three-month term, cancellation requests must be emailed before the end of business on the 14th. Membership remains active through the current month; no refunds for that month.

Initial term: The initial three-month period includes the month you join and the next two calendar months.

All membership changes, pauses, and cancellations must be requested by email at membership@openjarstudios.com. Requests by phone or in person are not accepted.
